The GEARS Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to building economic opportunity through Growth, Education, Advocacy, Resources, and Service. We deliver hands-on programs that help youth and adults launch businesses, develop trade and technology skills, and participate fully in the modern economy.
Founded by leaders from the Valley Crossroads business community, we serve Utah’s fastest-growing community — and we’re building something extraordinary together.
