What is a Valley Crossroads Chamber Ambassador?
Chamber Ambassadors are a select group of volunteer leaders who serve as the welcoming face of the Valley Crossroads Chamber of Commerce. They play a vital role in building relationships, supporting Chamber events, and enhancing engagement within the business community.
Ambassadors promote the Chamber's mission by connecting with new and existing members, helping them navigate the benefits of membership, and encouraging participation in Chamber and community activities across the Valley Crossroads region.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Promote member engagement in Chamber programs, services, and events
- Assist in member recruitment and retention efforts alongside Chamber leadership
- Represent the Chamber at key events, including:
- Ribbon Cuttings
- Outstanding Business Award Presentations
- Networking Mixers and community functions
- Report regularly to the Valley Crossroads Board of Directors
- Submit minutes from monthly Ambassador meetings

How to Become a Chamber Ambassador
To apply or be considered, the following criteria must be met:
- Must be a current Valley Crossroads member in good standing
- Must have maintained active membership for at least 6 months
- Submit a completed Ambassador Application through the Chamber website
- Application will be reviewed by the Chamber President and Ambassador Committee Chair
- Ambassadors must maintain at least 50% attendance at both Ambassador meetings and Chamber events to remain in good standing
